Alliance HQs are here, and you can find them by tapping "Alliance" and then "Headquarters", which will take you to a unique base. You can only use the Alliance HQ feature once you join an Alliance. You'll be able to read more about joining an Alliance here.
Your base will have an Autobot-look or Decepticon look, depending on if your Alliance was created by one of those factions. As this is permanent, we cannot change this if your Alliance leadership changes to the opposite faction.
Alliance HQ encourages teamwork - you won't be able to do this alone, and everyone will need to pull together. Different alliances may focus on different things, and perks are available no matter what type of player you are. It's a system that can be built on, and we're keen to see what you think about it!

Buildings
Each Alliance HQ has several buildings, and within them are Alliance Projects. All buildings will start at level 0. Your alliance members can donate their resources to these individual projects to grant everyone in your alliance perks.
These perks are active permanent bonuses, except for a few chargeable projects, in which case, these perks are only active once the project charge is activated. If players leave an Alliance while these bonuses are active, they will not gain those benefits.
Chargeable projects can be used at any time by your alliance leadership. It might be best to ask your alliance when the best time is to use them. Once they're used, the buff will be active for all players in the alliance, and then a cooldown will be applied before you can use it again. Of course, you always want to use chargeable buffs when most players in your alliance can benefit.

Building: Research Center
Bonus: Decreases research time in the Research Lab. Each upgrade increases this Alliance level by 1.

Leaderboards
For each level of an alliance project, we keep track of the upgrade donations given by each player. On the leaderboard page, players are ranked by how many loyalty points they have earned by contributing to this project level.
As soon as the project levels up, the leaderboard resets. Players will also accumulate "total" loyalty points from their donations, regardless of which alliance they've donated it to. To check your total contribution across all alliances, you can check the total leaderboard found in your current alliance (if you leave that alliance, you will also be removed from the leaderboard - unless you rejoin before a specific project you donated to is still active). You can also check your total points in your Player Stats too. Chargeable projects have two paths to donate: donations towards upgrading, and donations towards charging.
As you will be accumulating loyalty points, this won't be used to purchase additional items and is purely used to display how much of a team player you are.

Donations
As you won't lose individual loyalty points for joining other alliances, it is encouraged to join and help with their projects too! Donations can be skipped to help an alliance complete a project faster, but to do this; you must have been in that alliance for 16 hours. For those wanting to help other alliances, you can indeed join an alliance, donate, and join another - but they will have to wait for the donation CD since you won't be able to skip this once you leave. You will, of course, gain loyalty points for this. The alliance will have to wait for the project to finish since you won't be able to skip it. Donations are non-refundable, and once you've donated them, you won't be able to contact player support to get them back.
To donate to a specific project, tap one of the buildings, and it'll display that building's specific menu. In this dialogue, you'll be able to donate, skip, and even check the leaderboard for that project:
Once you've donated, you will be able to skip the cooldown to projects you've donated to (Remember, to skip a cooldown you must have been in that alliance for 6 hours):
Of course, the higher the level of a specific project, the more resources must be dedicated to that specific one.
This is an example of the donations for a level 1 project and could be different for other buildings.
