Pricing can vary depending on where you are located, and we’d like to explain how it works.
How Purchases are Processed
When you make a purchase in our game, your payment is processed through our partners, Google or Apple, depending on the platform you use. They handle the payment and determine which payment methods are available in your region. Once you request a purchase, these platforms debit your account, send us a success message, and we deliver the purchased items to you.
Why Prices Vary by Region
Our pricing is based on the US Dollar (USD) as the base currency. From there, Google and Apple adjust prices based on factors like:
- Taxes in your region
- Currency conversion rates
For example, a package priced at $19.99 USD may convert to AUD 31.99 due to currency conversion rates and local Australian taxes. Please note that we do not control these taxes or conversion rates, as they are managed by the platform and your region’s tax regulations.
Why You See USD Prices
If you launch the game and are not logged into your provider account or synced to your store, the game will show USD prices by default. Once you connect to your platform’s store in your region, the prices will update to reflect the local currency, including applicable taxes and fees.
Changes in Pricing
Occasionally, Google and Apple may adjust their prices due to shifts in foreign exchange rates or changes in tax laws within certain regions. If you have specific concerns about pricing changes or adjustments, we recommend contacting Google Support or Apple Support directly for further assistance.
