The Cyber Pass was added in 2022, after becoming highly requested within the community. The Cyber Pass is designed to reward you for simply playing the game. This consists of easy and challenging quests that allow you to progress through the Cyber Pass reward tree. The price of the Premium Pass costs $9.99 (App Stores add on various amounts of additional tax so the price may vary per country). Even if you don't purchase the Premium Pass, you can still unlock many free rewards as it has both a free section & premium section (and both can be claimed if you have Premium). Even if you don't buy the Cyber Pass straight away, you can still see how much you can complete, and then should you decide to purchase it, you'll be able to go back and claim all the locked Premium rewards you've unlocked.
The Cyber Pass will roughly last around 28-days. To progress through the reward tree, the Cyber Pass will offer both daily & seasonal quests for you to complete and earn points from throughout the Saga. The more points you have, the further in the Cyber Pass reward tree you'll be, and the more rewards you'll be able to claim! Each completed Cyber Pass quest rewards you with points, and the quest difficulty will determine how many points you will receive.

Reward & Point Claiming
If you complete a quest and don't claim the points, you'll be unable to get those back. When the quests are reset, your old quests will be removed, and you'll be given new ones - even ones that are pending to be claimed, so it's important you're aware of reset times as we will be unable to compensate you for any point loss. Don't worry, you don't need to complete absolutely every quest to complete the pass (and this is why we don't reimburse loss points via support). When you've completed a quest, you'll need to go back into the Cyber Pass and "claim" the points. Below, you'll see completed quests that need claiming:
Just like points need claiming, rewards will need to as well. You'll have until the season ends (which tells you on the main screen) to claim any rewards you've unlocked. Below, you'll see rewards that need claiming:

What is a "Hard" or "Normal" battle quest?
When tapping "Battle" and 'Attack a Rival Player', you'll choose a squad power. Since the zones go by your zone power, that will determine if the battle is hard or not, and all zones are labeled to reflect this, as shown below.

Which items are exclusively part of the Cyber Pass?
The Cyber Pass will include exclusive items, that can only be earned from the Cyber Pass. From time to time, we may put some of the Premium rewards in the free section, and this will be on rare occasions.

FAQs
These are some frequently asked questions regarding the Cyber Pass!
Q: Where can I complete my quests?
A: If a quest does not state 'PvP', 'Alliance', 'War', 'Raid', or even 'Elimination Mode', then the quest can be done in a weekend Event. If a quest has 'PVP' it means it can only be completed in "Attack a Rival Player" mode only. If a quest is unclear, do let us know so we can word them better!
Q: I did all the seasonal quests and daily quests, but somebody in my Alliance has more points!
A: Everyone gets different quests. Both seasonal and daily quests are completely random, and they all pull from the same pool (of the list of quests above). Over the course of the season, you'll all complete similar quests, just at different times.
