Loot Link Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with redeeming your loot link, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

Remember it is only possible to redeem one loot link per group. If you've already redeemed a loot link from a specific group, you will be unable to claim another.

• You must have the game installed from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to redeem a link.
  
• Before clicking on a Loot Link, please make sure you've updated the Transformers: Earth Wars App.
• If the Loot Link does not work on the first try, please try clicking the link again. You may need to copy and paste the loot link directly into your browser and have the game open in the background for it to work.
