Inactive Commander

In order for us to replace an inactive Commander the following policy applies:

* The Commander of the Alliance must be inactive for at least 50 days.

* The next oldest Officer will be appointed the new Commander

* In the event that there are no Officers, the next oldest member of the Alliance is made Commander.

* The existing Commander will be given 24 hours to log in and assume the role or pass it over.
