Blurr is fast. Not only in terms of his land-based vehicle mode speed (which is unrivaled) but in every way.
He talks fast, acts fast, and moves so fast he leaves a blurred speed trail behind him. His whole life is a kinetic state of being, and he can be exhausting to be around. He's never still, never remotely in a restful state, and always keeping multiple plates spinning. Enemies can sometimes shoot the persistent images he leaves behind, meaning he dodges about a third of every attack.
Despite being so highly strung, he's honest, amiable, and immensely likable. Thankfully his super-dexterity and agility keep him out of trouble.

Runabout loves to see things explode, especially if he's the one doing the exploding. There's nothing like a good-sized fireball to bring a smile to his face and he's been known to take distracting detours on missions to simply blow something random up. The truth is, Runabout gets bored easily, and pyrotechnics keep him engaged and entertained, even if it does serve to rather draw attention to himself (on otherwise covert ops). Enemies can sometimes shoot the persistent images he leaves behind, meaning he dodges about a third of every attack.
Like his fellow Battlecharger, Runamuck, he has one of the fastest rates of mode change in Cybertronian history.

Blurry Charge Run into combat damage along the way. You run so fast that your enemies cannot see you and you leave an image of yourself behind you that has 60% of your health and lasts for 10 secs.
Passive Ability: Enemies can sometimes shoot the persistent images he leaves behind, meaning he dodges about a third of every attack.
