My global chat is missing!

We've had reports that the in-game chat is hidden for players under a certain level.

It came to our attention that there was an increase in newly created accounts that were being used to spam and disrupt the chats for players that actually wanted to use them productively. A small minority of players would opt to use new accounts so we wouldn't be able to penalize their main accounts. As we're always looking to improve the player experience, we made the difficult decision to restrict the chat to HQ13 players (you can upgrade to this once you hit player level 40). As we are confident in other policies we've put in place to protect genuine players, and to keep Global Chat clean, we've now modified this to be accessible again at HQ4 (from the 26th of May 2022).

Thank you to everyone who has made tickets, and reported players that continue to misbehave in our Global Chats. Slowly, but surely, we're making Global Chat a much better place thanks to you, and we know we can still do so much more. I'm sure we can all agree it is very much a 'work in progress'. Thank you!
