The Power Core Converter is a new mechanic that allows you to convert or upgrade spare Power Cores to a higher rarity! Always use the Power Core exchange with care, as Player Support will not be able to return any Cores used.
The Converter is accessible by selecting the Power Core Lab and clicking on the new section.
In the Conversion screen, you have two options, one to Convert and another to Upgrade Cores. You can switch between those 2 options through the tabs on the top.

Exchange
The exchange will have two options:
Convert Cores
In Core conversion, you can select several cores of any type and exchange them for a higher-quality Power Core Chip.
If you select the requested number of Silver Power Bot cores, you can get a Gold Power Core Chip with all the available bot cores as equal drop chances (Includes Universal, Class and Bot Specific Cores). If you choose to exchange Gold Cores, you will receive a G-Metal Power Chip instead.
The same can be done for Building Cores, and the chip will drop any Building Core available in the game (No Prime Cores).
Core Upgrade
In Core Upgrade, you can target the very core you want to receive. The way to do this, though, is to select the precise type of Core you want to get and sacrifice several cores of that same type.
For example, if you want a G-Metal G1 Blaster Core, you must select the exact requested number of Gold G1 Blaster cores and exchange them for the G-Metal Core.
This upgrade can happen for Buildings and any Bot Core, excluding Squad Cores.
