If you’re having trouble finding the rewards you expected from a recent event, there could be a few reasons why they weren’t credited.

Battle completed after the Event ended
- If you started a battle during the event but finished it after the event ended, the battle won’t count towards the event. This means you won’t qualify for any rewards from that particular battle.

Leaving your Alliance before rewards distribution
- If you left your alliance before the leaderboard prizes were distributed, you unfortunately won’t qualify to receive those rewards. Alliance rewards are only credited to players who were part of the alliance when the rewards were distributed.

Visual Glitches
- Occasionally, you may not see the reward animation when your prizes are credited. In these cases, the rewards are added to your inventory or resource balance without visual confirmation. Be sure to check your inventory for the items or resources you expected.
